What types of products do you offer?
We offer a range of stationery items including notebooks, bookmarks, prints, pens, and stickers. We also offer silicone beaded accessories that include wristlet keychains, e-reader straps, tumbler straps, cup charms, lanyards, car charms, and many more!
Do you offer custom or personalized stationery?
Yes! We offer personalization on almost all items such as custom and personalized notepads as well as hand-picked options for keychains and charms. Check the product pages for customization options or contact us for custom requests.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders?
Yes! We love working with retailers and event planners. Please reach out to us for wholesale pricing or bulk order inquiries.
Can I include a gift message or gift wrapping?
Absolutely! Just leave a note at checkout with your message, and we’ll include a note card. Gift wrapping is also available for an additional fee. Please contact us for specific details.
Shipping
Where do you ship to?
We can ship anywhere in the United States! Tracking numbers will be provided when possible so you can keep track of where your goodies are.
How long does shipping take?
Processing & shipping times vary based on the product type. Each product listing will include information on expected processing time.
How do I track my order?
Once the shipping label is created, you will be provided with tracking information. If you are missing this information, please reach out and I will do what I can to help you!
Returns
How do I return an item?
We understand that every situation is unique, so our return policy is handled on a case by case basis. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us directly within 14 days of receiving your order.
We’ll review your request individually and do our best to find a fair and reasonable solution. This may include a return, exchange, store credit, or refund depending on the specific circumstances.
To help us process your request more efficiently, please provide the following:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photos (if applicable)
- Preferred resolution (if you have one in mind)

How long does it take to process my return?
Once we receive your return request and any required information, we typically review and respond within 2-3 business days. If a return or refund is approved, processing times may vary, but most are completed within 5–7 business days from the approval date.

Can I exchange for a different item?
Exchanges may be possible depending on the reason for the return and the availability of the item you'd like to receive. If you're interested in an exchange, please let us know what item you'd prefer, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
